Profile Summary
CLO Structurer supporting origination, structuring, and execution of CLO transactions, with expertise in cash flow modelling, portfolio analysis, documentation review, and cross functional coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the full origination and structuring cycle of a CLO transactions and other related structures and opportunities, from deal presentation and on boarding, analytics, pricing, to closing.
- Structuring, rating and execution processes of CLO and other related structures, including new issues/reset/refinance and other portfolio lending opportunities (setting up warehousing and lending facilities, performing portfolio analysis, capital...
