Clinical Specialist
Job Description
- Provides clinical training to various groups, including Physicians, Surgeons, Nurses and Sales Representatives
- Answers clinical questions from doctors, technicians, sales representatives, etc.
- Works with Sales Representatives in the field or with customers to do evaluations and consultations or obtain complaint information.
- Follows up on previous product evaluations, conversions, or complaints that require additional information.
- Establish relationships and build confidence among clinical staff, physicians, Sales Representatives, and customers.
- Ensure that clinical details related to customer complaints are documented.
- Attend meetings to help determine which events/incidents require notification to regulatory authorities.
- Liaison between the clients and Sales Representatives.
