Clinical Specialist DACH - Ormco & Spark - Remote based in the DACH area
Job Description
**Job Description:**
The Clinical Specialist has a full clinical, biomechanical and product understanding. The candidate will be working remotely but based in the DACH area for Ormco and Spark Clear Aligner. You will be supporting the DACH/EMEA team (Product, Marketing, DTS, Sales) in regards of clinical-related questions, supporting marketing and education programs to be validated from a clinical perspective, as well as supporting the clinical conversations with our doctors.
Accountabilities/responsibilities:
+ Escalating clinical questions and issues coming from our doctors
+ Working proactively to address any inquiries, complaints and adverse events arising among DACH country and EMEA doctors
+ Providing clinical customer support in regards of treatment planning predictability and ORMCO APPROVER utilization
+ Working in collaboration with Marketing/Education teams to create clinical content materials, e-learnings, or training modules
