Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Quality Systems team and employee performance
• Oversee and implement training initiatives for team members
• Ensure compliance during sponsor and regulatory audits
• Maintain a high level of quality and customer service
• Implement process improvements for efficiency in quality control
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in clinical research and 3-5 years in management
