Full‑time Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Antimicrobial Stewardship for Surrey Memorial Hospital (Surrey, BC). The role focuses on providing advanced pharmaceutical care and leadership in antimicrobial stewardship within a collaborative health network.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and regularly assess site‑based AMS programs, collaborating with medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff.
- Identify target areas of antimicrobial drug usage via historical data review, develop criteria and standards for evaluation, and implement adjustments to the AMS program.
- Monitor antimicrobial drug‑utilization data and analyze reports for operational, budgetary, surveillance, and research purposes, resolving discrepancies as needed.
