• Consult with physicians, nurses, and other health care providers to develop and discuss therapeutic plans and ensure appropriate documentation.
• Individualize patient medication therapy by reviewing literature, patient charts, lab results, and assessing clinical response.
• Provide patient medication counselling and educational support regarding drug therapy.
• Assist in developing drug therapy guidelines and contributing case studies and review articles to professional journals.
