Clinical Nurse Educator

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Quality, Risk & Patient Experience, the Clinical Nurse Educator works in collaboration with Managers, Directors, and various health disciplines to coordinate, lead and support the clinical and professional development of nurses and interdisciplinary team members.

This position supports the staff and the organization through teaching and promotion of skills and knowledge needed to provide safe and quality patient care, and assists in creating a hospital environment that fosters creativity, growth, critical thinking, professional judgment, and high practice standards.
