JOB SUMMARY
:As a member of the multidisciplinary team at Victory House and Cordova House, the Clinical Educator provides expert clinical guidance and support in the care of residents, building on traditional Registered Nurse responsibilities with a focus on education, mentorship, and evidence-informed practice. They are also expected to be a leader in maintaining and promoting high clinical standards across all sites with nursing staff, ensuring consistent, safe, and high-quality care.

EDUCATION/PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of a Registered Nursing Program or a Registered Psychiatric Nursing Program; or BSN or BScN. Must hold current registrations with BCCNP.

Two year’s experience in psychiatric care/mental health settings.

Or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
