Deliver expert nutrition care at Fraser Health's Jim Pattison Outpatient Care in Surrey, B.C. This role involves assessing dietary needs and collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
As a Clinical Dietitian, you'll develop and document personalized nutrition care plans while evaluating their effectiveness. Your contributions will also focus on educating health professionals and participating in clinical research initiatives aimed at improving practices and advocating for nutrition's role in healthcare.
