- Medical Doctors, Welcome.
- **100% remote position/telecommuting (work from home, anywhere in the CENTRAL TIME ZONE)**:
- **Includes aspects of our Medical Receptionist position - remote scheduling, appt reminder calls, etc.**:
- **Please note this is a highly administrative position**:
- Answer inbound calls/Make outbound calls to patients
- Addressing and resolving patient concerns with skill and empathy
- Managing patient labs to ensure patients are good to go for their procedures
- Procedure follow-ups and hospitalization follow-ups
- Constant communication with the Proceduralists and Nurse Practitioners
- Participation in our rotating Clinical Hotline after-hours call center.
**Requirements**:
- **Must be in the US Central Time Zone**:
- English and Spanish fluency
- Must have A+ customer service-oriented attitude & charisma
- Tech savviness, detail-oreinted, organized are a must
- Experience with Google workspace ...
