You are joining the email marketing agency that went from $80K to $800K in two years.
We manage retention for serious US ecommerce brands doing millions per month.
Our clients expect results. They get them.
We are not slowing down. We are scaling up.
And we need someone who can own every single client relationship like their business depends on it.
This is not another CSM role where you send weekly reports and hope for the best. This is the nerve center of a Klaviyo-powered revenue machine.
What You'll Actually Do
- Own 99% of all client communication for managed accounts.
- Run check-in calls every 3 weeks analyzing Klaviyo performance metrics and KPIs.
- Build retention roadmaps using Klaviyo's advanced segmentation and automation flows.
