Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive Client Success & Growth Manager to join our team full-time.
This role combines client success, account growth, and sales responsibilities. You'll manage relationships with existing clients to drive retention, satisfaction, and expansion — while also identifying and closing new business opportunities.

You'll collaborate closely with the HR, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure every client and hire experience is smooth, impactful, and scalable.
