Overview
As a Client Solutions Associate, you will provide administrative and technical service support to a team of Client Service Broker(s) and Director within our Commercial Mid-Market division. The division offers a wide range of insurance products and services tailored to the unique needs of the entertainment industry. We are dedicated to helping clients protect their assets, manage their risks, and ensure the success of their productions and events.
Work Environment
Hybrid (Agile) – remote and office collaboration.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Set up and meticulously maintain client files.
- Process cast logs.
- Handle new business and renewal processes seamlessly.
- Take charge of invoicing, binders, and cover letters.
- Prepare presentations, insurance submissions, certificates of insurance, pink liability insurance slips, and check policy documents for accuracy.
