What You’ll Be Doing
As a Client Service Representative in the Personal & Business Banking Team, you will work in a fast‑paced Banking Center and use your knowledge of financial products to help clients with their day‑to‑day banking needs. Your day may involve answering inquiries, assisting with transactions, and proactively connecting clients with the right team members. You’ll be the first line of support as clients work towards their financial goals.
You will be required to work on‑site full‑time, including evenings, weekends, and travel to multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance.
