What you’ll be doing
As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast‑paced banking center and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day‑to‑day banking needs. As a Client Service Representative, you’ll answer questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with the right team members, serving as the first line of support as clients work toward their financial goals. You must be flexible to work banking center hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance.
