Client Service Director- Global Transaction Banking Operations
Purpose
Leads and oversees Client Support Helpdesk within Global Transaction Banking in Canada ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Responsible for building and leading a team of Client Service Professionals and day-to-day operational management of Global Business Payments, Cash Management and Digital Banking products and services.
