Client onboarding manager

This isn't a back-office coordinator role. You'll be the face of Home Hop for every new client — the person who turns a signed contract into a live, booking, money-making short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO), and the reason owners tell their friends about us. We're growing fast, and onboarding is where that growth gets won or lost. This is a remote role, working primarily on US Eastern time.
