Client Manager for Personal Insurance Lines

Drive client success as a Client Manager in Personal Lines with our hybrid role in Sudbury & Uxbridge. Engage clients with customized insurance solutions and expert advice.
As a Client Manager, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding customer experiences for our personal lines clients. This full-time position focuses on leveraging your expertise to address various client needs, ensuring policies are accurately managed and fostered throughout the renewal process. You will play a key role in achieving premium growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients through in-person visits and contact requests
• Offer exceptional service to maintain retention rates
• Process insurance policies and changes accurately
• Examine and renew policies to enhance client satisfaction
• Promote coverage upgrades through effective cross-selling
Requirements:
• RIBO License required, with other licenses being an asset
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
