Drive client satisfaction and seamless onboarding as a Client Implementation Specialist. Manage client implementations, payroll training, and overall engagement to guarantee a smooth transition.
This pivotal role serves as the main contact for new clients throughout the implementation process. You will set up client dashboards in Prism (HRIS) while managing various client relations and ensuring their unique payroll and HR needs are met. Your efforts contribute to the successful integration of client services, guaranteeing that their expectations are exceeded.
