Client Experience Specialist
Job Description
**Job Purpose**:Handle all calls, including Potential New Clients, Clients, Providers, Hospitals, Courts, Adjusters, and others, providing a first contact experience and services aligned to the Company mission, values, and goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:- **Call Management**:Identify the type of call and provide the caller required information and routing to the right recipient according to the established processes and guidelines, exceeding expectations to ensure caller satisfaction.
- **Call Documentation**:Input all data required for each type of call on the system and, if necessary, on other internal tools aligned with processes and guidelines.
**Economic Considerations**:- **Salary**:$15,****** Mexican Pesos per month.
- **Performance-Based Compensation**: Up to $20,****** Mexican Pesos per Quarter (Annualized amount up to $260,****** Mexican Pesos).
