Summary
Permanent full-time role leading the in-store client experience at a luxury menswear store. Responsible for coaching and developing clothing advisors and specialists, maintaining service standards across in-store and after-sales channels, and driving digital sales adoption and omni-channel client building.
Responsibilities
- Coach clothing advisors and specialists to maximize personal sales productivity
- Develop and maintain in-store and after-sales service standards
- Ensure execution of client development activities
- Drive adoption of digital initiatives and achievement of digital sales goals
