Responsibilities
- Conduct research to determine comparison group characteristics based on industry, size, and financial performance.
- Make benchmark job matching as part of market positioning analyses.
- Compile, analyze, and summarize financial and/or compensation data.
- Participate in the creation of job evaluation tools and the development of salary structures.
- Assess financial and human impacts of proposed compensation structures.
- Contribute to pay equity mandates.
- Assist in the development of incentive plans and financial simulations.
