Client Care Representative - Auto Associate

Auto Associate – an entry‑level insurance sales role focused on auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics
• Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory
