• Uphold Hillberg & Berk culture by creating an environment committed to exceeding client expectations with the highest level of service at all times.
• Meet monthly sales targets while partnering with store management to promote brand initiatives to all customers.
• Share customer feedback, business trends and recommendations with the Retail Store Management Team.
• Provide merchandising support and ensure visual presentation standards, keeping the store replenished at all times.
