Client Advisor, Personal Insurance, Client Assist Team
Location: Red Deer, AB, CA Fort McMurray, AB, CA Calgary, AB, CA
As part of the Client Assist Team, you will be focused on contacting clients to review their policies, cross‑selling, and obtaining renewal dates in order to round out their policies. The successful candidate will enjoy building relationships and offering their expertise on products to help clients have the coverage they need. Other duties include upselling of our products and services, generating new business, facilitating policy changes, claims reporting and advocacy.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience in the insurance industry with working knowledge of personal lines products and cross‑selling.
- Minimum Level 1 Alberta General Insurance License.
