Detailed Overview

Under the general supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, the Adolescent Crisis Response Program, this role performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

1. Screens incoming materials and calls and prioritizes based on urgency and nature of the request for the attention of the Adolescent Crisis Response Program staff.
2. Coordinates the workflow within the program by gathering and compiling information, organizing and recommending administrative procedures for the program, and directing referrals to appropriate and available staff according to program criteria.
