In this role, you will play an essential part in guiding the Client Success team with your 5+ years of operational experience in SaaS. You will help manage the tech stack to ensure smooth workflows and effectively utilize analytics to identify trends and optimize the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform strategic KPI analysis for the Client Success team
• Oversee and enhance the CS technology stack for productivity
• Initiate and manage processes for operational efficiencies
• Create insights to aid in customer renewal and growth strategies
• Support customer segmentation and provide detailed reporting
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in a Customer Success Operations role
• Expertise with ChurnZero, Zendesk, and Salesforce
