The Technical Lead will provide support. They will provide strategic direction, training, and support across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Lead equipment troubleshooting activities
- Assist in maintenance activities as needed
- Fill in for Supervisor when necessary
- Ensure safety, FDA rules & GDP Regulations are enforced
- Monitor Associates and machines for safety
- Maintain area of responsibility with proper 5S
- Auditing paperwork
