Cleaning Supervisor for Facility Management
Job Description
Oversee cleaning operations and ensure safety as a Cleaning Supervisor. Engage in staff training while managing cleanliness standards across multiple sites.
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead a small team of 3-4 cleaning personnel. This role includes hiring and training staff, as well as inspecting sites to maintain high safety and cleanliness standards. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating with other departments and establishing effective work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and oversee cleaning staff effectively
• Supervise activities of a small cleaning team
