Cleaning Services Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Services Supervisor in our Cleaning Services Department. Reporting to the Cleaning Services Manager, the successful candidate will ensure that the building is maintained to highest standard of cleaning that the MTCC has been recognized for throughout its history. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a high energy and creative work environment then this position is for you. The successful candidate will have strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to foster an engaging team environment.

Cleaning Services Supervisor plays an integral part to the success of the cleaning services team. Encouraging, coaching and teaching staff to complete the assigned tasks up to the MTCC’s high standard is of the upmost importance to this role’s success.
