Job Description
Zurich Canada is seeking a skilled Financial Lines Claims Counsel to join their hybrid working team. This role focuses on claims related to Cyber, Crime, D&O, E&O, EPL, and Environmental policies while fostering exceptional client relationships.
As you report to the AVP Financial Lines Claims Manager, your responsibilities include investigating claims, drafting correspondence, and attending mediations. Ensuring compliance with Zurich's best practices and building lasting relationships with clients and brokers will be vital. You will also guide the resolution strategies of litigated claims effectively.
