Tech Mahindra is seeking a Claims Center Tester for a hybrid role in Markham, ON. This full-time position requires strong Guidewire claims validation skills to ensure compliance with business standards.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in claims validation. You will be responsible for analyzing test results and collaborating across teams to enhance insurance claim processes. Proficiency in JIRA and a detail-oriented approach are key for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough claims validation using Guidewire
• Analyze test cases and prepare improvement reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for clarity
• Document all testing phases and results
• Track issues and progress in JIRA
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field
