Claims Analyst

**TS Trucking** is a top-tier transportation company with owned assets and nationwide presence across Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions.Over time, it has transformed into a growing transportation provider.We are currently seeking a **Claims Analyst** to join our team in Querétaro.This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Safety department.
**Work Shift**: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**Responsibilities**:- Attend accident or transportation incident scenes immediately to assess the situation and guide the claims process.
- Coordinate directly with local authorities to ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal requirements.
- Negotiate and work directly with insurance companies to expedite claim resolution.
- Collect, analyze, and document evidence (photos, driver statements, police reports, etc.) to support the claims process.
