Claims Ajuster, Casualty and Litigation (Commercial Insurance)

Role Overview

As a Northbridge Claims Adjuster, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on detail and customer experience. Your work will involve the Casualty and Litigation team, handling claims across several lines of business including Auto, CGL, Directors’ and Officers’, and Professional Liability claims.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and prompt investigation of claims.
• Assess coverage liability and damages.
• Work directly with third parties and counsel to drive claims to conclusion.
• Adjudicate intermediate to complex claims, including those that are in litigation.
• Confirm coverage and complete liability investigations.
• Prepare file summaries for internal reporting, large loss, and reinsurance.
• Effectively manage a busy day-to-day schedule.
• Provide a great customer experience.
