Role Overview
The Cladding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing field operations, coordinating project start-up and execution, ensuring quality and safety standards, and managing customer relations for exterior cladding and related construction projects. This role bridges field supervision with project coordination responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with contract documents and building codes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
- Review project scope, drawings, and details with Project Managers (PMs) and Estimators prior to project start.
- Visit job sites to meet with G.C.’s and owners to coordinate start dates, site readiness, logistics, and scheduling.
- Coordinate project start and end times, ensuring readiness of crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
