Job Description
Drive successful project delivery as a Civil Project Coordinator at Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. This role focuses on planning, stakeholder coordination, and safety compliance in civil and transportation projects.
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in executing heavy civil initiatives for MTO and public-sector clients. Your strong knowledge of civil construction, coupled with your digital capabilities, will ensure that operations run smoothly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning and execution of site operations
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers efficiently
• Maintain communication with Owners and external stakeholders
• Manage documentation using Kahua CMS and project systems
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports
