They are seeking a lawyer who is hungry to work files, push matters forward, and take accountability for progress. What You’ll Be Responsible For: File Ownership & Litigation
Independently manage a
high-volume civil litigation caseload
Handle
Small Claims
and Superior Court litigation matters
Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and settlement documentation
