Civil Leading Hand

We’re currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join a well-established civil contractor delivering road construction works across the Scenic Rim region. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can drive productivity on site while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in leading crews and ensuring civil works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification. Working closely with the Supervisor and project team, you’ll be responsible for coordinating daily site activities and maintaining high-quality outcomes.
