**Description**
12D Civil Designer opportunity in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast!. The role will suit an experienced Civil Designer who has worked on multi-disciplined civil projects for councils, local government, Transport Main Roads, or private developers.
Our approach to community development consulting covers master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes. We activate urban downtowns, suburban centers, small towns, and rural areas—and the multimodal corridors that connect us to the places we work, live, and thrive.
**The role**
+ Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land, subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)
+ Interpreting civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients
+ Interfacing with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, surve...
