We're seeking a motivated individual with a minimum of 6 months experience to help maintain safety and operational efficiency on various worksites. This full-time role often involves extended hours and occasional out-of-town work, all while contributing to impactful earthworks that serve communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct grading equipment operators for site precision
• Read and understand blueprints before execution
• Accurately measure and locate construction boundaries
• Verify elevations using levels and measuring tools
• Identify and report hazards efficiently
Requirements:
• Minimum 6-month work experience in construction
• Must possess Class 5 driver’s license
• CSTS2020 certification needed, First Aid is beneficial
