• Call Studio GUI
• Apache Tomcat
• Knowledge of UCCE / ICM
  • Integration of CVP IVR Applications with UCCE Routing Scripts
  • DNIS
  • Queuing to Skillgroup
  • CTI Variables
  • Finesse Agent Desktop
