Job Description
**Position Purpose**a) Develop, maintain and improve the organization's Quality systems in NL, through the design, coordination, implementation and communication of continuous improvement programs for the organization.b) Manage quality and improvement projects.c) Evaluate the performance of the organization's value elements including quality and service.d) Strengthen the culture of consistent Quality within the organization.
**Main responsibilities**:- Review and update CIP & QA policies to ensure they comply with applicable requirements.
- Development and implementation of continuous improvement tools and methodologies, which help the organization to achieve its objectives.
- Management of improvement projects and initiatives in the organization.
- Maintenance of management systems; through external and internal process audits to ensure compliance with established commitments, actions and guidelines, including reporting results to management.
