Step into a rewarding role as the CHS Manager of Volunteer Resources & Engagement starting July 2026. This full-time position combines leadership and a passion for volunteer management in a supportive environment.
In collaboration with the Manager of Adoptions, you will enhance the Volunteer Program at CHS, ensuring exceptional service delivery and animal welfare standards. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to motivate staff while maintaining a positive department culture. With a blend of administrative and leadership responsibilities, you will also champion volunteer recognition events and community engagement initiatives.

• Play a key role in volunteer candidate screening
• Manage volunteer engagement strategies across the shelter
