Join Christ Central of Southern California as the Worship Director, where you'll lead worship and enhance worship operations to foster a deep spiritual connection within the community.
As Worship Director, you will take charge of coordinating worship services, training volunteers, and ensuring all aspects of worship tech are operational. This role is crucial for developing a culture of worship alongside the Pastoral Staff and requires up to 40 hours per week based on your schedule. Your ability to discern biblical truths in worship music will enrich the congregation’s experience.

• Lead Sunday worship and special service events
• Select and prepare songs and multimedia for services
• Conduct practices for vocalists and instrumentalists
