Job Description
Be an integral part of our childcare centre as an Administrator, assisting the Principal and enhancing interdepartmental communication. This role emphasizes confidentiality and support in a nurturing environment.
As an Administrator, you will collaborate closely with the Principal in carrying out administrative tasks following the school's guidelines. Building positive relationships with teachers and parents is key. You must be well-organized and able to function independently in a childcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Principal with administrative duties
• Ensure confidentiality of the centre’s proprietary information
• Establish positive links with teachers and parents
• Communicate effectively in English and Chinese
• Manage data and files efficiently using MS Office
