Drive air services management as the Chief Pilot for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. Ensure safety and efficiency in air ambulance and firefighting missions.
In this role, the Chief Pilot is tasked with leading aircrew operations while focusing on the safety and efficiency of air services. Key duties include supervising pilot training, conducting flight tests, and managing relevant documentation. You'll also engage in hiring and training pilots, maintaining compliance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations, and coordinating with various government agencies to support air operations.
