Chief of Staff

We're looking for a Chief of Staff to support our CEO and CGO across their strategic priorities. This isn't a gatekeeper or scheduler role. You'll be the person who turns ambiguity into clarity — doing the analysis, running the process, and making sure nothing important falls through the cracks.

You’ll work across two of the most active parts of the business: growth strategy (CGO) and company operations (CEO). The work is varied, the stakes are real, and you'll have direct exposure to how decisions get made at the leadership level.
