Summary About the Position: Serve as the Chief of Staff, US European Command (EUCOM), J4 Logistics Directorate, responsible for oversight, coordination, and synchronization efforts between J4 divisions and the Director. Primarily responsible for the directorate's consistent achievement of its mission and functions, prioritization of work, financial solvency, and program development and administration. Responsibilities Provide oversight, program direction, and leadership of the directorate, coordinating and synchronizing efforts of five divisions to ensure operational end-state is achieved. Directly supervise and rate front office personnel, military, and Division Chiefs. Assign work via the Task Management Tool (TMT) or verbal/written orders to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty, and requirements of the assignment.
