**About the Role**
We're looking for a dynamic, data-driven **Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)** to lead our growth, retention, and brand marketing efforts across all channels.
This role combines creative vision with operational excellence — balancing storytelling and performance to drive measurable business outcomes.
As CMO, you'll oversee acquisition, retention, creative, merchandising, and cross-channel marketing initiatives, while managing internal and external teams across media buying, retention, creative, and analytics.
You'll be the strategic driver behind our paid media creative strategy, lifecycle marketing, website experience, and brand storytelling — ensuring our marketing engine runs smoothly and scales efficiently.
