Commercial Strategy & Client Profitability

• Pricing Strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously refine pricing models to ensure competitive positioning and optimal profit margins
• Client Contract Negotiation: Lead the financial aspects of major client pitches and contract negotiations, structuring terms (payment schedules, scope creep handling, rate cards) that protect agency interests and profitability.
